  • PRE-PRIMARY
Upper Nursery: Set age established to enter:  must have turned 3 years old before the 31st of December of the year prior to his/her entrance.
Enrolment: May
Evaluation: September
 
Pre Kinder:  set age established to enter:   must have turned 4 years old before the 31st of December of the year prior to his/her entrance.
Enrolment: March
Evaluation: June
 
 
  • TRANSFERS TO OTHER YEARS
Our admissions office is open throughout the year evaluating students from all over the world, who apply to different years, as long as there are vacancies.
 
 
EVALUATION
The evaluations will be carried out in 2 dates (academic and psychological). The candidates will take the following tests: Mathematics, English and Spanish. The evaluations are generic, if a candidate is not familiar with a particular language; he/she will not be evaluated in that language. Similarly, he/she will take a psychological test to measure his/her level of maturity and his/her potential to cope with the Bilingual education system offered at the School.
Parents will be scheduled for a meeting with the Headmaster
 
 
 
Documents to submitted at enrollment
Required Documentation
Students coming from abroad as well as those who come from any other school or nursery in Peru will have to submit the following documents:
 
  1. Passport Photo
  2. Birth Certificate
  3. Report from the teacher at the nursery(PRE-PRIMARY)
  4. Copy of the 2 last reports received at the former school attended (TRANSFERS)
  5. Fill in Enrolment Form
  6. Payment for evaluation $50 at Cta. Cte. Scotiabank Nº 001 – 0176562
  7. Attach deposit voucher to the Enrolment Form.
 
I. CANDIDATES FROM ABROAD
1. Certificates of studies carried out at country of origin legalized by the Ministry of Education and Ministry of External Relations of the country of origin and certified by the Peruvian Embassy in the country of origin.
2. If coming from a non-Spanish speaking country, the certificates will have to be attached with a translated copy and certified by the authority defined by the embassy in the country of origin.
3. Certified proof of equivalence of studies issued by the Consulate in the country of Origin (for secondary school admittance)
II. CANDIDATES FROM ANY OTHER SCHOOL WITHIN PERU
1.     Up to date Integral Form of the student, with the student’s code and the Modular Code of the School of origin
2.   This document will also be submitted by students entering Pre kinder
3.   Studies Certificates of previous years from the one entering.
4.   Behaviour Certificate issued by the School of origin.
Parents may request an application form directly or via email.
 
 
 
I. UPPER NURSERY / PRE - KINDER
 
  • Evaluation Fee: US$ 50

* 2 colour photo.
* Previous nursery school report card.
* Copy of the bank deposit (Account 001 - 0176562 SCOTIABANK) in the name of "Colegio Hiram Bingham".
 
  • Reserving a Place: S/. 860
To be paid within 15 days of receiving the offer of a vacancy.
This amount will be discounted from the Registration Fee.
 
  • Registration Fee (February):

KINDER - GRADE 11

Payment should be made into Current Account Nº 001-0176554, Scotiabank in the name of “Asociación Promotora HOPE del Perú”.
 
  • Registration Fee (February):

            Discounts:
                        Second child                 S/.  1,640 (**)

(**) Only applicable during the first 10 days of the month, if not the normal payment (S/. 1,680) is applicable plus interest.
(After the 10th day interest will be charged at 0.10% per day).
